Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. After we receive your item we'll issue a refund for the full purchase amount to your original method of payment.
Please note we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition. International customers are responsible for return shipping (see international shipping below).

At this time we ship orders only to U.S. addresses, including territories and military addresses. We have had international customers receive their orders using shipping forwarding services, such as Shipito or MyUs. Shipping is still free for us to ship to them in the US and then the customer pays the forwarding service rates to have their items shipped to their country.
